Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sugarloaf Sous Chef to join our culinary team at 45 North. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of preparing high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen environment. They will be responsible for ensuring that all dishes meet the highest standards of taste, presentation, and safety.

The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role:

  • Prepare food according to established recipes and cooking procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they are following proper food handling and preparation techniques.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments, including front-of-house staff, to ensure seamless service.
