Job Description

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Hartland, Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative maintenance on a wide range of CNC and manual machining equipment, as well as facilities.
  • Filling and removing machines with various cutting fluids, oils, and coolants as needed, and greasing lathe chucks daily.
  • Handle filter replacements on CNC equipment, air compressors, HVAC units, and more.
  • General housekeeping throughout the shop, including operation of the floor sweeper/scrubber, hand brooms, and hand mops.
  • Empty and monitor garbage containers in the shop and office daily, as well as CNC coolant tank removal, cleaning, and installation.
  • Maintain and keep records of all PM actions performed on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis.

Requirements:

  • Preventative maintenance on CNC and manual machining equipment.
  • Operation of sump pumps, pressure washers, forklifts, man lifts, overhead cranes.
  • Filter replacements on CNC equipment, air compressors, HVAC units.
  • Record keeping of PM actions.
