Janitorial Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team at ABM Industries. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and clients.

• Clean and maintain buildings and facilities, including floors, walls, ceilings, and equipment
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
• Notify management of the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems
• Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, coworkers, and management
• Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required, on-the-job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required

• Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience
