Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a General Laborer. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Feed corrugated materials into production machines
  • Assist with machine set-ups and maintenance
  • Collaborate with lead operators to optimize production efficiency
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products
  • Bundling and packaging orders
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
  • Complete work orders as required by production needs
Requirements
  • Proven production experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Capacity to learn multiple job tasks
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Growth Opportunities

Successful candidates may have opportunities to advance to Machine Operator, Forklift Driver, or Team Lead positions.
