We are a dynamic and supportive team at the North Pole Veterinary Hospital, where collaboration and compassion are valued. As a Client Liaison and Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and play a key role in creating lasting impressions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and uphold the hospital's core values and mission statement.
- Provide exceptional client service, answering phones and handling client inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and surgeries according to hospital guidelines.
- Collect payment from clients and verify their eligibility for charge accounts.
- Manage front desk operations, including entering accurate charges and fulfilling prescriptions.
