We are a dynamic and supportive team at the North Pole Veterinary Hospital, where collaboration and compassion are valued. As a Client Liaison and Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and play a key role in creating lasting impressions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and uphold the hospital's core values and mission statement.
  2. Provide exceptional client service, answering phones and handling client inquiries.
  3. Schedule appointments and surgeries according to hospital guidelines.
  4. Collect payment from clients and verify their eligibility for charge accounts.
  5. Manage front desk operations, including entering accurate charges and fulfilling prescriptions.
