Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and clinical supervision over Nursing Services, ensuring effective utilization of the nursing process to provide quality patient care.
  • Establish and maintain Standards of Practice, and provide effective fiscal management.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Human Resources to provide administrative and clinical management for the Employee Health and Infection Control Practitioner.
  • Develop and implement nursing strategies that promote patient-centered care, quality improvement, and safety.
  • Lead and manage a team of nursing professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or a related field.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in psychiatric, mental health, and/or rehabilitation nursing, with a minimum of three years of progressive supervisory/management experience.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • A commitment to patient-centered care, quality improvement, and safety.
