Certified Patient Care Specialist

As a Patient Care Assistant at Banner Health, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Trauma and Progressive Care Unit environment. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting patients with activities of daily living, collecting patient specimens and data, and recognizing and reporting abnormalities in patient health status.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding patients.
- Collect patient specimens and data, including vital signs, input/output, and other delegated measurements.
- Recognize and report abnormalities and changes in patient health status and response to treatment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
