Job Summary

We are seeking an Audiologist to join our team in Odessa, TX. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating ear problems, fitting patients with hearing aids, and monitoring patient treatment.

This is a full-time position with a guaranteed base salary plus production, offering up to an additional $50,000 per year. Comprehensive benefits include health, dental, vision, malpractice, retirement plan, and PTO. CME allowance provided.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

Guaranteed base salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year
Additional production bonus: up to $50,000 per year
