Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and secure working environment for all employees and visitors, overseeing all facilities-related activities.
  • Support the documentation and management of facility-related assets.
  • Assist in the management of office spaces, including layout planning.
  • Oversee security and access systems across all locations.
  • Manage inventory of office and facility supplies.
  • Communicate regularly with staff regarding facilities operations.
  • Support maintenance and repair projects, including minor construction and grounds upkeep.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Oversee the maintenance of company vehicles and assist with procurement of new vehicles.
  • Coordinate the placement of marketing materials at various locations as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service by being responsive to inquiries.
  • Assist with data collection and reporting as required.
  • Be available for weekend and overtime work as necessary.
  • Travel to other locations may be required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to read and understand basic instructions and correspondence.
  • Proficient in writing simple correspondence.
  • Capable of presenting information effectively in small group settings.
  • Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Understanding of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and solve problems in standardized situations.
  • Valid driver's license is necessary.
  • Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting, and using hands for various tasks.
  • Ability to lift and move weights ranging from 25 to 100 pounds as required.
  • Work environment includes both outdoor and office settings, with moderate to loud noise levels.
