About the Role:

The Intake Registered Nurse supports the preadmission process in the Ambulatory Surgery Center. This role collects, organizes, and analyzes data to ensure surgical clearance. Additionally, the Intake RN makes phone calls to patients to provide preadmission information and answer any questions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and organize patient data for surgical clearance
  • Make phone calls to patients to provide preadmission information
  • Answer patient questions and provide support
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure smooth patient care

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Washington Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • 1 year Nursing experience
