Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at California Pizza Kitchen. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience
  • Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and drink offerings
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our menu, including food and drink pairings and recommendations
Requirements
  • 1-3 months of related experience or training in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment
  • State-mandated beverage service certificate (in states where applicable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
