About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nutrition Attendant to join our team at Providence Tarzana Medical Center. As a key member of our clinical nutrition services team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals to patients, adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Assist with food preparation, including cooking, baking, and plating.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Food Production Manager to ensure seamless food service operations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirements.
  • National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority upon hire.
  • California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year - Institutional experience.
