This full-time, direct hire position is based in Murfreesboro and focuses on leading the design, permitting, and management of a wide range of commercial and residential development projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the design, scheduling, and execution of land development projects, ensuring they meet client needs and regulatory standards.
  • Mentor and manage a team of engineers and support staff to achieve project goals and deadlines.
  • Oversee or directly perform the design of land development projects, including site planning, utility design, and grading.
  • Attend and lead meetings with clients, reviewing agencies, contractors, and other design professionals to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
  • PE (Professional Engineer) license is mandatory.
  • 6+ years of experience in site design, planning, and project management within the civil engineering field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Work Environment

This position is 1st shift based on a Monday through Friday workweek with regular scheduled hours of 8 am to 5 pm each day.

This position is based onsite in Murfreesboro, TN with relocation assistance provided.
