Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently adhere to all guest service standards and protocols of Enchantment Group Management Company LLC.
- Enhance revenue generation by actively engaging and informing our patrons with an emphasis on facilitating sales.
- Possess and disseminate product knowledge aimed at enriching the customer’s purchasing journey.
- Efficiently process all transactions via the POS system to ensure compliance with cash handling, credit card processing, and other relevant policies.
- Stay informed on policies regarding payments, discounts, returns, exchanges, security measures, and other operational guidelines.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of all customer inquiries and issues.
- Encourage a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Manage inventory levels on the sales floor and in storage by following communication protocols for restocking and procurement.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of retail spaces.
- Exhibit flexibility to perform various tasks across multiple retail outlets.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Position-Specific Advantages:
- Base salary complemented by commission opportunities.
- Participation in vendor sales competitions.
- Special order capabilities.
- Standard shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM, with availability required on weekends and holidays.
Supervision Structure: No direct reports.
Reporting Line: Reports to the Retail Manager.
Essential Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail experience is advantageous. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential. Proficient computer skills for utilizing retail and company software.
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Good hearing and manual dexterity.
Distance vision of 1-3 feet.
Capability to work in various weather conditions.
Ability to operate a golf cart.
