Key Responsibilities- Property Appearance/Upkeep: Maintain the property in a neat, clean, and well-maintained condition, performing daily exterior and interior inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Appliance Maintenance: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and correct minor failures to air conditioning and heating units, as well as repair minor electrical and plumbing problems.
- Make Ready: Responsible for bringing units up to market-ready condition in accordance with company standards, which may include painting and other cosmetic repairs.
- Laundry Room Maintenance: Maintain laundry rooms to company guidelines, ensuring they are clean and well-maintained.
- Pool Maintenance (if applicable): Perform daily chemical inspections, maintenance, and cleaning to meet city codes and company standards.
- Customer Service: Ensure that the property meets and exceeds company standards for resident satisfaction, providing excellent customer service and being available for on-call emergencies as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; pool certification preferred, as well as HVAC and boiler certification if applicable.
- Experience: One year of maintenance experience in residential property management.
- Physical and Cognitive Abilities: Frequent standing and walking, with occasional sitting; ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 110 pounds; occasional squatting, reaching, stooping, climbing stairs/ladders, and balancing.
- Driver Requirements (if applicable): Valid driver's license, acceptable motor vehicle record, reliable means of transportation, and ability to be insurable at standard rates for driving.
