As a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will provide expert mechanical maintenance and repair services for industrial prime movers, compressors, and other equipment. This is a contract position with the opportunity to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities- Perform skilled mechanical maintenance and repair services independently or as a team leader.
- Use and maintain company-provided hand tools, power tools, and technical equipment.
- Act as a contact with customers, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Provide written summaries of work performed and identify areas for improvement.
- Basic computer skills and other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of related experience and/or training.
- Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and comprehend safety training modules.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
- Clean driving record and ability to obtain a DOT medical card for driving non-CDL company vehicles.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, extreme heat, and vibration.
