Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Integration Manager Mission Command Collective Training to join our team at Vertex Aerospace LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and guiding personnel assigned to MCCT-related tasks, managing MCCT project performance, and ensuring quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and guide personnel assigned to MCCT-related tasks
  • Manage MCCT project performance and ensure quality and efficiency
  • Responsible for submission of all weekly TADSS updates, usage reports, and oversight of scheduling administration
  • Provide immediate responsiveness to assigned PdL APM for information/reporting requirements and changes in portfolio or status
  • Respond to all MCCT PdL-related TDLs and support PMO with TDP development aligned with PdL
  • Oversee TDP performance and ensure quality and efficiency
  • Provide the full spectrum of management duties and responsibilities for all TDL/TDP requirements and establish and maintain fiscal and budgetary requirements
  • Lead and guide TDP Project Managers assigned to PdL and may serve as TDP Project Manager
  • Responsible for meeting contractual commitments, including financial, quality, technology, and schedule performance of assigned program(s) within contractual boundaries, company expectations, and established standards
  • Manage program risk and opportunity in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations
  • Use approved control systems and reports that accurately measure progress, identify potential problems in sufficient time for corrective action to be taken, and ensure meeting of company's contract commitments
  • Supervise and integrate the performance of the program Integrated Product Teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline required
  • Minimum 14 years prior relevant experience in Defense and Technical
  • Practical experience and knowledge of MCCT and related TADSS
  • Minimum 6 years of Constructive Simulations; Army Training Strategies
  • Minimum 6 years of Constructive Simulations; MCCT Experience
  • Minimum 6 years of Technical and cost proposal leadership; Proposal Mgmt
Desired Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in a related discipline preferred
  • PMP preferred
Requirements
  • Active and Current U.S. Secret Clearance
Skills

  • Communication with parties within and outside of own job function, and typically has responsibilities for communicating with parties external to the organization, which may include customers or vendors
Physical Requirements

Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.

Working Conditions

The worker is primarily in an office environment. Programs will require travel to and working in outside environments at government locations from hot and dry to cold and humid. PPE required to mitigate environmental and safety hazards.
