Key Responsibilities
  • Provide optimal guest experience services, including answering questions and making product recommendations.
  • Assist guests in selecting merchandise, including providing information on products and services.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including restocking shelves and sweeping/mopping floors.
  • Perform cashiering duties, including processing transactions and handling customer returns.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including setting up displays and arranging merchandise.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting inventory and balancing cash drawers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
