Service Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a Service Compliance Specialist to join our team at Valet Living. In this role, you will be responsible for working with 20-40 properties at a time to ensure our delivered services comply with customer requirements and expectations.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and have a commitment to service excellence with a friendly and positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of site visits to ensure consistency and accountability
- Communicate with and follow-up with properties regarding job details to ensure client satisfaction
- Support process improvements by providing recommendations to streamline service processes
Estimated Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
