As a Leasing Professional, your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting potential residents and providing property tours to assess their housing needs and secure leases
- Guiding new residents through leasing documentation and necessary verifications
- Processing move-in payments and explaining community regulations
- Implementing innovative marketing techniques to draw in prospective residents
- Ensuring units are prepared for occupancy and overseeing lease renewals
- Maintaining open lines of communication and responding swiftly to inquiries
Experience with Tax Credit properties is preferred. Strong communication abilities, basic computer skills, and familiarity with leasing software such as Yardi, Blue Moon, or MRI are beneficial.
Willingness to work weekends may be necessary.
