Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Strategist in AI Engineering to join our team. As a Data Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing AI strategies for our clients. You will work closely with our AI engineers and data scientists to deliver modern Machine Learning and AI solutions to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and executing comprehensive AI strategies that align with client goals, mission, and vision.
  • Collaborating with AI engineers and data scientists to deliver modern Machine Learning and AI solutions to clients.
  • Staying up-to-date with AI technology trends and providing directional guidance and recommendations on ModelOps tools and solutions.
  • Applying business and technical knowledge to develop and execute ModelOps target architecture that enables implementation and monitoring of AI at scale.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Informatics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or Machine Learning.
  • Minimum 2-3+ years of professional consulting experience in business or technology consulting or similar roles.
  • Experience working with Generative AI models and frameworks, such as OpenAI family, open source LLMs, Dall-e, LlamaIndex, Langchain, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Experience working with popular ML packages such as scikit-learn, Pytorch, and ONNX, or related ML libraries.
  • Solid understanding of Machine Learning (ML) workflows, including ingesting, analyzing, transforming data, and evaluating results to make meaningful predictions.
  • Experience with MLOps methods and platforms, such as MLFlow.
  • Strong skills in Python.
  • Experience with CI/CD and test-driven development.

What We Offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, which includes a salary range of $105,800 to $174,800, depending on your location. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California is $127,100 to $198,600. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension, and 401(k) plans, as well as paid time off options and flexible vacation policy. Join us in our hybrid model, where most people in external, client-serving roles work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project, or year.
