Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare for mobilization of resources by utilizing loss details to contact internal and external resources.
  • Conduct site walk-throughs to identify safety, business interruption, customer concerns, and stabilization needs.
  • Establish a safety, stabilization, business interruption, and emergency services plan to review with stakeholders.
  • Communicate progress and next steps to customers and key stakeholders.
  • Direct efforts of the Resource Coordinator/Supply Supervisor in planning site organization and transportation needs.
  • Develop the full scope of services for the project, ensuring all work and time are accounted for.
  • Review and finalize resource need timelines, project organizational charts, and projected milestones.
  • Conduct project planning meetings with the Restoration Supervisor, Resource Coordinator/Supply Supervisor, Project Clerical Administrator, and Health and Safety Officer.
  • Ensure project operations are completed, documented, and communicated properly to all parties.
  • Evaluate project progress daily, addressing issues and observations with the Restoration Supervisor.
  • Direct demobilization efforts, finalizing documentation, and compiling necessary documentation for final invoice.
Requirements
  • Minimum three years of experience in a similar industry and one year of management and/or supervisory experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and project and personnel management skills.
  • Strong communication skills; oral and written.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills, including handling complex scheduling issues and critical conflict resolution.
  • Excellent presentation skills, including detailed presentation of project progress and issues to upper management.
  • Detailed-oriented with an emphasis on project management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to ensure proper workforce utilization, documentation completion, and overall time management.
