Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership:
- Develop and communicate a clear vision for the organization, motivating staff and stakeholders towards shared objectives.

Financial Oversight:
- Work closely with the Treasurer to ensure the financial stability of the organization, overseeing budgeting and compliance.
- Devise strategies to secure funding from various sources, including grants and donations, while maintaining strong relationships with supporters.
Community Engagement:
- Act as the primary representative for the organization, building relationships with community members and stakeholders.
- Strengthen ties with the United Methodist Church and its conference, ensuring alignment with broader mission objectives.
Program Management:
- Design and implement programs that respond to community needs effectively.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure the efficient delivery of services.
Human Resources:
- Develop a comprehensive plan for staff development and talent management.
- Recruit and train a dedicated team of staff and volunteers, ensuring performance evaluations are conducted regularly.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as human services, social services, education, business, or theology, with a minimum of three years of experience in management. A Master's degree is preferred.
Skills:

- Ability to conduct needs assessments and strategic planning effectively.
- Strong operational management skills, including financial oversight and team leadership.
