Transactional Attorney

Job Title: Commercial Lending Lawyer

We are seeking an attorney with one to three years of transactional experience to join our team. This individual will work with a variety of lenders across the country on documenting and closing small business commercial loans, including secured transactions, start-ups, commercial real estate, franchise and business acquisitions.

The responsibilities of this role include preparing commitment letters, term sheets and deal specific checklists, reviewing credit approvals and due diligence, drafting and negotiating commercial loan documents, and coordinating closing and funding. The attorney will also handle post-closing, as required.

This position offers the option to work remotely or from one of our offices in Atlanta, GA or Maitland, FL, with the requirement to travel to firm or client meetings and conferences for a few days at least 2-3 times a year.

Real estate, corporate and lending experience is considered a plus. The ideal candidate must be bright, dedicated, self-reliant, detail oriented and possess excellent communication skills. Salary is commensurate with experience and includes an excellent benefits package.
