About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Personal Banker Associate I. In this role, you will be responsible for using your sales and relationship-building skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth. You will also work closely with our Business Partners to deliver comprehensive financial services to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

* Identify current and future financial needs of customers through consultative sales approach
* Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products/services
* Utilize approved marketing tools to engage customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews
* Focus on acquiring new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-selling to existing customers
* Work collaboratively with assigned Business Partners to refer customers to provide timely and holistic financial solutions
* Meet/exceed customer experience and individual/team production goals and enhance year-over-year revenue growth as measured by the Financial Center P&L

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience providing transferrable skills
* Experience in the financial industry preferred
* Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities designed to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to established customers
* Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in terms of appearance and verbal/written communication
* Demonstrated ability to develop a working knowledge of Retail policies and procedures in order to utilize good judgment in making sound decisions
