Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Retail Sales Associate to join our team at AutoZone. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a safe and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide WOW Customer Service by exceeding customer expectations and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate cash registers and follow established cash handling procedures to ensure accurate and efficient transactions.
  • Follow company policies and loss prevention procedures to maintain a secure and compliant store environment.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Restock merchandise and maintain store appearance and merchandising standards as directed.
  • Utilize ZNET to assist customers in locating merchandise or finding suitable alternatives.
  • Maintain product knowledge and current promotions through AutoZone systems and information sources.
  • Diagnose automobile problems and recommend solutions using OBDII and other diagnostic tools.
  • Communicate with managers regarding customer concerns and employee matters.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including holidays, evenings, and weekend shifts.
