Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee overall operational workflow and cross-collaborate with other department Nurse Managers
  • Develop quality performance improvement initiatives and manage operational and fiscal budgets
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices and lead by example, working closely with the nurse educator to develop educational curriculum and update processes, policy, and procedures
  • Collaborate with the AVP of Perioperative Services to achieve departmental goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Prior management experience and a procedural clinical background, ideally within Interventional Radiology
  • BSN and active RN license (either currently hold New York RN license or willing to obtain before determined start date)
