Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver engaging training content
• Provide coaching and feedback to sales teams to improve their skills and knowledge
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training solutions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our training programs remain relevant and effective
Requirements:
• 1 year of successful sales experience in the hospitality industry
• Strong working knowledge of Club Wyndham, WorldMark by Wyndham, and Shell Vacations Club
• Proven track record of improving sales performance and customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
