As a Sales Trainer at Travel + Leisure Co., you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs to enhance sales performance and compliance across our portfolio of brands. With a strong focus on our company's mission to put the world on vacation, you will work closely with our site leadership team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs for sales teams to improve sales performance and compliance

• Collaborate with site leadership to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

• Provide coaching and support to sales teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of successful sales experience, preferably in the travel and leisure industry

• Strong working knowledge of our brands and products

• Proven track record of improving sales performance and compliance

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
