Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize designated cleaning solutions and equipment to ensure all areas are sanitized and presentable.
  • Engage with residents and visitors in a friendly and respectful manner, fostering a positive atmosphere.

Essential Duties
  • Master the use of all relevant housekeeping chemicals and equipment, including both manual and powered tools such as vacuums and floor buffers.
  • Follow the established work schedule diligently.
  • Conduct thorough cleaning of assigned areas as per the supervisor's directives.
  • Restock cleaning supplies as necessary to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Department Team Manager or Supervisor.
  • Complete maintenance request forms based on observations.
  • Be adaptable by cross-training in various housekeeping departments.
  • Collaborate with team members to fulfill other duties as required by Administration, in line with company Policies and Procedures.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Adhere to safety protocols and promptly address any identified hazards.
  • Participate in scheduled training sessions to stay updated on best practices.
