Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at University Hospitals Health System. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality sonographic images in a timely manner, ensuring a safe and clean environment, and maintaining knowledge of technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality sonographic images in a timely manner.
- Assure a safe and clean environment.
- Maintain knowledge of technical skills.
- Successfully complete ultrasound scans.
- Answer the phone and complete documentation appropriately.
- Collaborate effectively with staff/co-workers.
- Demonstrate age-specific knowledge.
- Adhere to hospital safety standards.
- Perform, follow protocol, and maintain competency for High Level Disinfection procedures.
- Take responsibility for self-development and supports a learning environment.
- Provide age-specific care to patients from neonates through geriatrics.
