  • Consistent attendance and punctuality are required
  • High levels of enthusiasm and energy are expected
  • Must hold a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst credential

About the Role

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is officially recognized by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. This role involves delivering specialized services aimed at enhancing the quality of life for individuals with Autism and other significant developmental challenges.

New BCBAs may inherit an existing caseload or have the opportunity to build their own, with encouragement to explore areas of special interest that align with stakeholder needs.
