About the Role

We're seeking an Enterprise Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our business-critical team, you will drive qualified pipeline opportunities through outbound activity and inbound opportunities, amplifying the work of over 100 million people with existing Culture Amp customers.

You'll work in partnership with our Account Executives, Marketing and SDR Leaders to plan and deliver engagement with new prospects, respond promptly and appropriately to inbound inquiries, identify and research prospective customers, and incorporate various outreach tactics to generate interest and engage with our prospective customers.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to plan and execute sales strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Utilize phone calls, emails, videos, and social media outreach to engage with prospects
