Factory Direct Marine & RV is seeking a skilled Pontoon Boat Builder in Americus, GA.

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate aluminum hulls for pontoon boats using high-quality materials.

• Mix and apply resin to cloth and mat, ensuring a strong bond between layers.

• Shape and smooth out the hull using hands and a squeegee, removing air bubbles and imperfections.

• Install wood reinforcing strips to deck and cabin structures, ensuring a sturdy foundation.

• Inspect and clean molds prior to use, ensuring a smooth manufacturing process.

• Apply wax to molds to facilitate assembly and removal of laminated parts.

• Verify dies, templates, and cutout patterns conform to specifications, ensuring accurate production.

• Check completed products for conformance to specifications and detect any defects.
