Position Title: Survey Project Manager

• Lead and manage multiple Land Survey teams, ensuring project oversight and coordination.
• Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Directly manage complex Land Survey projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
• Supervise a team of 5 to 10 personnel, planning and scheduling field staff to meet project objectives.
• Prepare and guide field crews in various Land Survey tasks, including construction staking and topographic mapping.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation for survey-related deliverables, computations, and boundary plats.
• Handle administrative responsibilities such as timesheets, GPS logs, and equipment management.
• Evaluate employee performance and assist in proposal preparation.
• Commit to quality assurance and exceptional client service.
• Collaborate with department managers to ensure project success.
• Generate project reports and assist with proposal submissions.
• Review the quality and accuracy of deliverables.

• Professional Land Surveyor Registration in Illinois or the ability to obtain it within one year.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a project surveyor or supervisory role.
• Proficiency in MicroStation, AutoCAD, or Civil3D is preferred.
• Experience with field-to-finished deliverables and GPS data processing.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to prepare comprehensive reports and technical documentation.
• Demonstrated experience in various survey types and construction layouts.
• Self-motivated with a capacity to work independently while adhering to established procedures.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
