Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role entails verifying patient insurance information, handling inquiries, and ensuring meticulous documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with Medicaid applications and charity care processes.
  • Verify patient health insurance information and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Communicate professionally via phone and email with various stakeholders.
  • Cover hospital facilities as needed, contributing to the team's flexibility.
  • Cross-train to handle different tasks and maintain productivity goals.
Requirements
  • Bilingual: Proficient in both English and Spanish.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Office Skills: Customer service, organization, and problem-solving.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to cover hospitals including nights and weekends.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma or GED.
  • Safety First: Covid vaccine required; PPE provided.

Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
