About the Role

This is a weekday shift position, Monday through Friday, with a schedule of 9am-5pm. Our local office is located in Davis, OK, and we are looking for a nurse who is passionate about providing high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Document care provided in our system of record
  • Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease management
  • Accept and write verbal orders from physicians as required
Qualifications
  • Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
  • Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
