- Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the database.
- Follow up with customers to guarantee their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to deliver precise information to customers.
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers and team members.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent listening skills and problem-solving capabilities.
