  • Customer Service Excellence:

    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Operational Management:
    • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
    • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the inventory team to maintain optimal stock levels.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Visual Merchandising:
    • Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create attractive displays and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment among the sales team.
    • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, promotions, and updates.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and merchandising techniques.
  • Familiarity with retail POS systems and basic computer skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Compensation:

$19-20 Hourly Wage
