Position Overview:
As a key member of the recruitment team at Northwell Health, you will be responsible for sourcing and securing top talent for both clinical and non-clinical temporary roles within our organization. This position requires a strategic approach to recruitment, ensuring that we meet the staffing needs of our various business units effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in the recruitment process for temporary clinical and non-clinical positions as designated.
  • Utilize comprehensive sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates that align with organizational requirements.
  • Employ online recruitment tools and maintain an efficient applicant tracking system to streamline candidate identification and recruitment.
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews and manage the complete recruitment cycle while maintaining an organized database of resumes and candidates.
  • Follow up with hiring managers and new employees to enhance hiring quality and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with business partners and hiring managers to deliver exceptional staffing services.
  • Plan and participate in recruitment events and initiatives across the organization, serving as a primary contact for vendors and prospective candidates.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate success and share insights with relevant stakeholders.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary to support the recruitment function.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Experience in interviewing and recruitment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications is essential; familiarity with PeopleSoft and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
