ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual speech and language services to school-aged children in California.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy and be passionate about making a significant impact in the lives of students.
As a virtual SLP, you will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver customized therapy sessions.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose disorders related to speech, language, voice, and fluency.
- Develop and implement personalized education plans (IEPs) to support students' communication needs.
- Provide direct therapy, track progress, and adjust treatment plans as required.
- Partner with teachers, parents, and school staff to address and support communication needs.
- Perform screenings, maintain detailed records, and actively participate in team meetings for comprehensive planning.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current California Teaching Certification or California SLP license.
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders.
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus.
