School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP. Prior experience in a school setting is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify students' communication needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs to support students' communication goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to provide support and resources for students' communication needs.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
  • Participate in IEP meetings to contribute to setting educational goals for students.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an SLP.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.
  • Prior experience in a school setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
