Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning: Spearhead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning processes, focusing on critical business trends and variance analysis.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the development of corporate annual budgets, regular forecasts, and long-term financial strategies. Assess and interpret current and historical trends in key performance indicators.
  • Reporting: Generate precise and timely financial reports for senior management and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Operational Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pinpoint opportunities for cost reduction, process enhancements, and overall operational effectiveness.
  • Modeling Scenarios: Create and maintain financial models that aid in strategic decision-making, evaluating various scenarios to guide business initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership to deliver data-driven insights regarding business performance, providing actionable recommendations to foster growth.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing financial planning and analysis capabilities, including improvements in systems and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; an MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.
  • Expertise in financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with FP&A software/tools is a plus.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • CFA or MBA is beneficial but not required.
