Position Overview:

As a Clinical Applications Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting surgical teams by providing expertise in the use of advanced medical devices. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safe and effective application of our innovative technologies during procedures.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive clinical support during device procedures, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
  • Conduct training sessions for surgical teams on device usage and best practices.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of surgical technologies and institutional protocols.
  • Act as a resource for clinical education and training for both physicians and sales teams.
  • Prepare and manage surgical equipment and inventory, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues during procedures.
  • Foster positive relationships with healthcare professionals to enhance collaboration and support.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in all interactions.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in clinical settings involving imaging technologies such as fluoroscopy, CT, or MRI.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with relevant experience in a clinical or medical device role.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to develop relationships with healthcare providers.
  • Willingness to travel as required to support clinical activities.
  • Physical capability to perform job functions, including lifting and moving equipment.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in operating room environments and familiarity with surgical procedures.
  • Background in spine or pain management specialties.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
