Position Overview
RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is looking for a Clinical Registered Dietitian to work 8 hours per week in a flexible capacity.

Work Schedule: Flexible days and hours, to be completed Monday through Friday during standard business hours.

Compensation: $30.00-$36.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Travel Compensation: $30.00-$36.00 per hour, based on travel to and from the facility.

A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the nutritional care of patients and residents through comprehensive nutritional assessments.
  • Proficient in managing tube feedings.
  • Deliver nutritional counseling and education to patients and their families.
  • Ensure compliance with DOH/state/federal regulations and company standards.
  • Execute responsibilities independently without the need for supervision or training.
Qualifications: Candidates must be registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • Experience in providing general nutrition education (e.g., weight management).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with electronic charting systems.
  • Understanding of state survey processes and adherence to nutrition care regulations.
Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in food and nutrition or a related field.
  • Current state licensure/certification, if mandated by state regulations.
  • Active registration with the Commission on Dietetics Registration.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in a clinical setting with relevant responsibilities or equivalent experience.
  • Background in providing general nutrition education (e.g., weight management).
