Role Summary:
As an Equipment Maintenance Specialist, you will be integral to the seamless functioning of our manufacturing machinery and facility. Your responsibilities will include the installation, upkeep, and repair of equipment and systems, aimed at reducing downtime and enhancing productivity. Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on production machinery, including HVAC systems, conveyors, mixers, and packaging equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to minimize production interruptions.
- Perform regular inspections to detect and address issues proactively.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Assist in the setup of new machinery and modifications to existing equipment to meet production requirements.
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance tasks, including work orders, repairs, and maintenance logs.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a secure working environment.

Qualifications:
