Job Summary:

Korpack is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of our warehouse and office facility. Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies
Dust and wipe down surfaces, including office furniture, equipment, and fixtures
Empty trash and recycling bins and manage waste disposal
Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
Maintain cleanliness in high-traffic areas, including warehouses, offices, and breakrooms

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Fluent English communication skills (both verbal and written) are required
Previous experience in custodial or janitorial services is a plus
Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies
Ability to handle cleaning chemicals and operate cleaning machinery safely
