We are currently seeking skilled Final Assembly Technicians to join our Paint Department on a full-time, permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will report to the Production Manager and will engage in various tasks related to the assembly, testing, and operation of our machinery.

Main Responsibilities:
- Interpret and understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and piping diagrams.
- Assemble and fit components to fulfill production specifications.
- Comprehend the assembly sequence according to requirements.
- Utilize knowledge of hardware to install appropriate graded bolts, nyloc nuts, and washers.
- Identify suitable tools and methods for tasks.
- Operate both power and manual tools effectively.
- Achieve production targets efficiently.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Proficiency in hydraulic and pipe fitting (essential)
- Experience in final assembly (essential)
- Skilled in using manual and battery-operated hand tools.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret SOPs and piping diagrams.
- Capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Adaptability to operational changes.
- Commitment to safety protocols at all times.
- Attention to detail is crucial.
