Key Responsibilities:

2. Patient Care and Independence: Aim to help patients regain mobility and independence.

4. Facility Adherence: Ensure adherence to established facility policies and procedures to provide appropriate care and services to residents.

Requirements:

1. Doctorate in Physical Therapy: Doctorate in Physical Therapy

2. Knowledge of Skilled Nursing Home Regulations: Knowledge of skilled nursing home regulations, procedures, laws, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care

3. Valid Driver's License: Valid driver's license in the state of employment
