Tank Operator

We are seeking a skilled Chopper Tank Operator to join our team at Refresco. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating assigned machines and ensuring the efficient production of our beverages.

• Operate assigned machines and perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Adjust machine settings for operational efficiency and assist other operators as needed.
• Perform quality checks and identify defective materials.
• Maintain awareness of potential hazards in the work area and report any issues to management.
• Accumulate and record data on machine performance and make necessary adjustments.
• Clean and sanitize equipment to maintain high-quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and report any food safety or quality issues to management.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Machine operations experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to understand units of measure and record information.
• Effective verbal communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift and move 50-gallon drums weighing up to 500 pounds.

• Continuous standing and/or walking.
• Exposure to fish emulsions (a known allergen).
